I was invited by Sacramento State University to give its annual Carter G. Woodson lecture as a part of the Cooper-Woodson Enhancement program.
During the lecture, I spoke on the concept of “double consciousnesses” and how it can be an asset in the community and political arena. The event was covered by the State Hornet. It was an honor to speak to such great faculty and students.
